When a customer requests a return, an option to export a return waybill from Salla waybills appears on the customer's order page as soon as the return is processed. No call to the shipping company needed — it all happens on Salla.
👣 How to issue and print a shipping waybill
You can issue a waybill from the orders page with very few details.
1. From the order page, click (Issue waybill).
The cost of the waybill is deducted from your wallet balance straight away.
If you've added electronic payment methods, it is deducted from those instead (mada, Visa, Apple Pay).
2. To print, open the orders page, click the order you want the waybill for, then click (Print waybill).

Cash on delivery is one of the most important payment methods any online store can offer, for several reasons customers care about. How the collected amounts are settled differs from one carrier to the next, according to each company's policy.
Here's how to turn cash on delivery on in your Salla store.
1. From the shipping and delivery options page, click (Cash on delivery).
2. Enter the conditions that switch cash on delivery off when they're met, then click (Save).
