?What is a donation certificate
It is a proof certificate given to donors by the charity for various activities such as (donation certificates, endowment certificates, educational certificates, and other charitable activities)
:Steps to activate the certificate feature
From the (Products) page, then from the (More) section, select (Product Certificates)
Choose the template that suits you from the suggested certificate templates section
A window to add the template and customize products will appear. Use the search feature to enter the name of the product you want to specify in the template and click (Save)
When one of the specified products is purchased, the certificate will be automatically sent to the donor
The template has been successfully activated and will appear in your private templates section
To deactivate the template, click the cancel icon
To edit the template from your private templates section click on the more icon (...) from the certificate card you want to edit, then (Edit)
Enter the products you want to include in the template and click (Save)
If you wish to delete the template, go to the template you want to delete from your private templates section
Click on the more icon (...) then (Delete)
A window will appear to confirm the deletion of the template, click (Delete)

Yes, you can add more than one template from the certificate templates, and it will appear like this

If the payment method is electronic, the certificate will appear on the order completion page and the order details page
If the payment method is a bank transfer, the certificate will appear after payment confirmation and verification by you
?Why doesn't the donation certificate appear to customers
Ensure that the product is linked to an active certificate template and that the store uses the Ata'a theme, as the donation certificate feature is supported only in this theme
