2. From the side menu, choose (Loyalty Program), then select the sub-report Loyalty points.

3. Select the report date from the list.

Loyalty points reports will appear in this format.

Steps to redeem loyalty points for store rewards
If the customer has loyalty points, they will appear in the shopping cart or on the checkout page. The customer can redeem them by clicking Redeem now.

A pop-up window will appear for the customer to choose a reward. By clicking Redeem Points, the customer will receive the free product in their cart.
