Steps to connect an external domain
- From the main menu, go to Store & Sales Channels, then click Store Domain.
- On the Domain Management page, open the New Domain menu and click Connect External Domain.
- Enter the domain name you want to connect.
- Choose the connection method, then click Connect Domain.
Choose a connection method
1. Name Server
This method allows you to connect a primary domain only.
After selecting this option, you will need to update the Name Server values provided by Salla in your domain provider’s DNS settings.
2. CNAME
This method allows you to connect:
- A primary domain, or
- A subdomain
You will need to update the CNAME record in your domain provider’s DNS settings.

After choosing the connection method:
- Log in to your account with your domain provider (for example, GoDaddy).
- Update the DNS records according to the instructions shown in your Salla dashboard.
🔔 Important: Domain connection may take 24–48 hours to complete, depending on how quickly the DNS changes are propagated by your domain provider.
