SMSA International Shipping
SMSA Express is one of Salla’s supported international shipping partners and a leading logistics provider in Saudi Arabia, offering reliable cross-border delivery services to GCC countries.
Available SMSA Shipping Options
SMSA provides three shipping services that can be enabled independently:
- Standard domestic shipping
- Economy shipping (R2R – branch-to-branch)

How to activate SMSA International Shipping (GCC)
Follow these steps to enable SMSA international shipping:
- From the main menu, click All, then select Shipping.
2. Open the Shipping tab.
3. Under International Shipping, enable SMSA.
4. Go to the Offer Details tab and enter:
- Offer name

Setting International Shipping Rates
- From the Shipping Rates tab, select the destination country.
- Enter shipping rates for each supported country and specify the covered cities.
- Pricing is based on:
- A fixed cost for the first 2 kg, depending on the destination
- An additional fee for each extra kilogram

Shipping labels are created directly through Salla’s platform, which is integrated with SMSA.
For international shipments, the following are required:

- Invoice in English
Does SMSA international shipping follow the tiered pricing system?
No. As of 15 March 2025, SMSA is excluded from Salla’s tiered pricing system. All SMSA services use fixed rates, regardless of shipment volume.
International rates:
- UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait: SAR 44.6 for the first 2 kg
- Oman, Qatar: SAR 89 for the first 2 kg
