Steps to start a conversation with influencers
Follow these steps to contact an influencer directly before placing an order:
- From the main menu in your Salla dashboard, click Marketing, then select Influencers.

2. The Influencers page will appear. Choose the influencer you want to communicate with.

3. Click the Chat icon to open a direct conversation.

You can now:
- Ask questions before purchasing
- Inquire about service details
- Request customized services

To communicate with a service provider offering merchant services:
- From the main menu, click All.

2. Under Tools, select Merchant Services.

3. The services page will appear. Choose the service you need.

4. Click the Chat icon to open a direct conversation with the service provider.

Viewing all previous conversations
You can easily track and manage all your conversations through the messages tab.
From the main menu:
- Select Influencers to view your conversation history with influencers.
- Select Merchant Services to view your conversation history with service providers only.

- Return to any previous conversation
- Follow up on unanswered questions
- Review details you haven’t finalized yet
