How to connect the ELNA app on Salla
ELNA chilled and dry shipping
ELNA provides dry and chilled shipping and delivery, from collecting shipments at customer locations through to delivering them efficiently via its main warehouse in Riyadh. It runs on a precise operating system with daily reports that keep shipments tracked and record any that go undelivered.
How to connect the ELNA app
1. From the main menu, click (All), then from the helper tools section click (App Store).
2. Search for the app using the search field.
3. From the ELNA page, click (Install).
4. Review the requested permissions, then click (I agree to the permissions).
The ELNA app is now installed on your store.
Managing the ELNA app
From the (My apps) page, open the (App options) menu and click (Activate app).
To adjust the shipping settings
Set the shipment contents type, chilled or dry, then click (Save).
To show or hide the shipping company on the checkout page, use the activate app option.
To enter shipping rates, go to the (Shipping rate) tab and enter the rates for the cities and regions you need.
Then enter your own shipping cost as the merchant, which helps you calculate and see your store's profit on the shipping side.
