About AyMakan
AyMakan is a shipping company available within Salla Discounted Shipping Labels, offering:
- Door-to-door delivery
- Cash on Delivery (COD) service
Note: AyMakan integration is currently available only for stores in Saudi Arabia.
How to integrate AyMakan
To activate AyMakan in your store:
- From the main menu, click All
- Select Shipping
3. Open the Shipping tab
4. Enable AyMakan
5. Go to the Display Information tab
6. Enter the offer name and shipping display details, then click Save
Your AyMakan shipping method is now active.
How to set shipping rates for AyMakan
- Go to the Shipping Pricing tab
- Enter shipping rates for the required cities and regions
How to enable Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can enable or disable Cash on Delivery from the Shipping Pricing tab.
- AyMakan’s COD fee per order is SAR 8.00 + VAT
You may customize the COD fee charged to customers, then click Save.
Important notes
- If you set a COD fee higher than AyMakan’s fee, the difference will be added to your wallet as profit
- If you set a COD fee lower than AyMakan’s fee, the difference will be deducted from your balance
How to temporarily disable AyMakan
To temporarily hide AyMakan from checkout:
- Go to Shipping & Delivery Settings
- Enable or disable Hide shipping company from checkout page

- Pickups within 24 hours of shipment creation
Remote cities & villages
- Pickups within 48 hours of shipment creation
What happens if the shipping label is created after 12:00 PM?
The shipment will be picked up the following day.
Is return shipping available? What is the cost?
Yes, return shipping is available. The return label cost is the same as the delivery label cost.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all cart values?
No. If the cart value is less than SAR 20, the Cash on Delivery option will not appear at checkout, even if it is enabled.
When is the Cash on Delivery balance transferred to the merchant?
COD amounts are transferred to AyMakan every Sunday, and then credited to the merchant on Monday.

Does AyMakan support international shipping?
No. AyMakan provides domestic shipping only within Saudi Arabia.
Can liquid products be shipped?
Yes, provided they are securely packaged to prevent leakage.
Does AyMakan provide packaging services?
No. Packaging services are not available.
When does the courier arrive for pickup?
Courier arrival times:
- Morning: 9:00 – 12:00
- Evening: 1:00 – 6:00
How is the shipping price calculated?
For Salla merchants:
- SAR 27.60 for the first 15 kg for standard-size shipments
- Larger shipments are calculated based on volumetric weight
