The Aramex valuable products delivery service
This service is designed for gold and jewelry merchants, allowing them to ship valuable orders securely through discounted Salla shipping labels, with insurance coverage equal to 2% of the shipment value (excluding VAT).
Requirements for the valuable shipping feature:
- Maximum product value: $10,000 (or approximately SAR/AED 37,500).
- Fixed shipping label price: SAR/AED 24.
- Shipment insurance: 2% of the shipment value (excluding VAT).

How to activate Aramex valuable shipping service
- From the main menu, go to All, then select Shipping & delivery.
- Click on Aramex under the Insured shipping section.
- Enter the shipping company details, and make sure to assign a distinct name for Aramex valuable shipping to differentiate it during checkout.
If you want the customer to pay the insurance cost, enable the option: “Charge insurance cost to customer” so it is automatically added to the shipping label price.
4. Set the pricing details and shipping label price, then click Save.
