In this guide, we’ll walk you through verifying your Salla store in the UAE as a sole-owned company, step by step. The process is straightforward, structured, and designed to get your store live with confidence.
Store verification steps
Verification is the final stage of preparing and launching your store in the UAE. It ensures your business information is validated and compliant, enabling seamless payments and uninterrupted operations.
Step 1: Access store verification
From your store’s main dashboard, click Verify your store.
Step 2: Start the verification process
Click Start verifying your store to begin.
You’ll be guided through a clear, step-by-step verification flow.
Step 3: Complete the verification form
You’ll now complete each section of the verification form in order.
1. Legal entity details
Enter the legal entity name exactly as shown in official documents.
The entity name must be entered in English.
Next, select the legal entity type:
- UAE company owned by an individual
Click Next to continue.
2. Store owner identification
Select the identity document type for the store owner and upload the required files:
- Emirates ID
- Passport
Make sure all uploaded documents are:
- Valid
- Clearly visible
- Not expired
3. Store manager details
Select the store manager, then click Next.
4. Government documentation
Upload the required government documents related to your business.
Before submitting, ensure:
- Documents are valid and up to date

5. Bank account information
Enter the following banking details:
- Estimated annual revenue
- Full legal name of the bank account holder
- Business IBAN number
Then upload the IBAN certificate to confirm ownership.
6. Merchant agreement
Click Download Agreement to access the merchant agreement.
