About J&T
J&T is a shipping company available within Salla Discounted Shipping Labels, providing:
- Door-to-door delivery
- Coverage across all regions of Saudi Arabia
- Cash on Delivery (COD) service
Note: J&T is currently available only for stores in Saudi Arabia.
How to integrate J&T
To activate J&T in your store:
- From the main menu, click All
- Select Shipping

3. Open the Shipping tab

4. Enable J&T

5. Go to the Display Information tab
6. Enter the offer name and required display details, then click Save

Your J&T shipping method is now active.
How to set shipping rates for J&T
- Go to the Shipping Pricing tab
- Enter the required shipping rates

How to enable Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Enable the Cash on Delivery option
- Enter the COD commission
- J&T COD fee: SAR 8 + 1% of the transaction value

Note: If the cart value is less than SAR 20, the Cash on Delivery option will not appear at checkout, even if it is enabled.
How to disable J&T
To temporarily hide J&T from checkout:
- Go to the Shipping Company Settings
- From Shipping & Delivery Options, enable or disable Hide shipping company from checkout page

When is the Cash on Delivery balance transferred to the merchant?
COD amounts are transferred by J&T twice weekly:
- Sunday → received by merchant on Monday
- Thursday → received by merchant on Thursday
Note: Transfers may be delayed depending on the merchant’s bank.
Are neighborhood and street details required to create a shipping label?
Yes. Complete address details (neighborhood, street, and other fields) are mandatory. Missing information may prevent the label from being issued.
What are the shipping prices for J&T?
- SAR 27.60 (VAT included) for the first 15 kg
- Additional charges apply per extra kilogram

Is return shipping available? What is the cost?
Yes. Return label pricing is the same as the delivery label cost.
What are J&T pickup times in main cities?
- Daily pickups from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Labels created before 4:00 PM are picked up the same day
- Labels created after 4:00 PM are picked up the next day
Are shipments transferred between cities on the same day?
Yes, if the label is created before 4:00 PM.
When is the courier dispatched for home pickup?
The courier is dispatched the same day if the request is made before 4:00 PM.
What happens if the label is created after 4:00 PM?
The shipment will be picked up the following day.
What are the delivery categories?
- Category 1: Next-day delivery
- Category 2: Delivery within 3 days
- Remote areas: Standard delivery

- Maximum weight: 30 kg for domestic shipments
What happens if a shipment is delayed or damaged?
If damage is caused by J&T negligence, compensation will be provided
If damage is caused by merchant packaging issues, compensation will not apply
What is the delivery time within the merchant’s city?
Delivery is completed within 24 hours.
