How to enable Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can enable or disable Cash on Delivery from the Shipping Rates tab.

- Aramex COD fees are:
SAR 8.00 + 1% of the order value (VAT excluded) per order.
You can adjust the COD fee charged to customers and then click Save.
Important scenarios:
- If you charge customers more than Aramex’s COD fee, the extra amount will be added to your wallet as profit.
- If you charge customers less than Aramex’s COD fee to encourage purchases, the difference will be deducted from your balance.
How to disable Aramex
If you need to temporarily stop using Aramex:
- Go to the Shipping & Delivery Options settings page.
- Enable or disable Hide shipping company from checkout.

This allows you to control whether Aramex appears on the checkout page without deleting the integration.
