No. Installing the Wepik app from the Salla App Store creates a new Wepik account for you automatically. If you already hold a Wepik account, contact Wepik technical support instead and ask them to activate it on your Salla store.

When does the courier come for a home pickup?
A shipment picked up before 1 pm is delivered the same day. A shipment picked up in the evening is delivered within 24 hours.
Is there a return service, and what does it cost?
Yes, for orders the customer does not receive. Orders the customer cancels carry no fee.
What happens if a shipment is delayed or damaged?
Where the damage happened on the Wepik side, the company covers the shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Same day, and within 24 hours.
