To connect BETWEEN, open (My installed apps) from your dashboard side menu, click (Browse Salla App Store), open the BETWEEN app page, then click (Install). Review the permissions the app requests and click (Grant permission). BETWEEN is linked to your store as soon as the permission is granted.

BETWEEN is a fulfillment and shipping company for online stores. It takes on the storage of your products, the preparation of your store's orders, and the handover to delivery, which leaves you free to focus on marketing and sales.

No. Installing the BETWEEN app from the Salla App Store creates a new BETWEEN account for you automatically. If you already hold a BETWEEN account, contact BETWEEN technical support instead and ask them to activate it on your Salla store.

Fulfillment
You store your goods with BETWEEN, and the company picks, packs, and passes each order to its own delivery team. Pricing starts at SAR 5, with special rates for stores shipping in volume.
Shipping
Once an order is prepared and packed, BETWEEN hands it to one of the international carriers it works with. Delivery inside Riyadh costs SAR 22, and delivery outside Riyadh costs SAR 25.

How does contracting and integration work?
On an annual contract. BETWEEN calls you to arrange it.
How are payments settled?
- Cash on delivery: every 15 days, with your shipping invoices settled out of it.
- Storage and preparation invoices: every 30 days.
When is the best time to reach customer service?
Between 9 am and 5 pm.
Do merchants get reports on amounts and stock?
Yes, through the BETWEEN system.
How do orders reach the company?
Automatically, through the Salla integration.
Is there shipment tracking?
Yes, on the BETWEEN website at www.between.sa.
How is the waybill handled?
From your Salla account or from your BETWEEN account.
If a shipment holds more than one carton, does each carton get its own waybill?
Yes. Each carton gets its own waybill, numbered in sequence.
How do I change a customer's address after the waybill is issued?
It cannot be changed once the waybill is issued. The customer contacts the shipping company directly, and if that goes nowhere, contact BETWEEN.
Is shipping available within the same city and between cities?
Yes to both. Same-city shipping runs through the carriers BETWEEN works with.
Is door to door pickup and delivery available?
No.
Does the company handle international shipping?
Yes, to Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
What do I do if there is a problem with a shipment?
- Order preparation: contact warehouse management at BETWEEN, through your account officer.
- Shipping: the customer raises a request with the shipping company, and if that goes nowhere, contact BETWEEN.
Can liquids be shipped?
Yes on domestic shipments. No on international ones.
How many cartons can go out at once?
There is no limit.
Can valuable items be shipped, and are they insured?
Yes. Every shipment carries SAR 300 of free cover. Add paid insurance at 2% of the shipment value and compensation goes up to SAR 3750.
Is two-hour delivery available?
Not at the moment, and it does not cover restaurants or food. BETWEEN expects to deliver within 24 hours in future.
What are the delivery boundaries inside and outside a city?
- Main cities: 1 to 3 working days.
- Secondary cities: 3 to 5 working days.
- Remote villages: 5 to 7 working days.
- International: 3 to 7 working days.
All of these depend on the carrier handling the shipment.
Is refrigerated shipping available?
No.
Are storage, preparation, and packaging available?
- Storage: yes. The warehouses are licensed by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority for cosmetics and dry foodstuffs.
- Packaging: yes, using BETWEEN's own packaging.
- Own-brand packaging: available, so orders can go out in your own branded packaging.
Is cash on delivery available, and what does it cost?
Yes, at SAR 5 per order. Card payment is not available.

When does the courier come for a home pickup?
Home pickup is not available.
Is there a return service, and what does it cost?
Yes, for orders the customer does not receive. Returns are free up to 2% of your monthly shipments, and SAR 5 per order after that.
What happens if a shipment is delayed or damaged?
- Uninsured shipments: compensation of SAR 300.
- Insured shipments: compensation up to SAR 3750, against an insurance fee of 2% of the shipment value.
- Late shipments: where a shipment runs past the normal window and the customer is unhappy, BETWEEN ships it free, unless the delay was outside the company's control.
How long does delivery take inside the merchant's city?
One to two days.
BETWEEN is a fulfillment service first and a courier second. It earns its place when your stock and your packing table are the bottleneck, so weigh the daily storage rate against the hours you currently spend preparing orders.
