Best One is a logistics provider built around what an online store needs. It takes the products in from the merchant, handles inspection, sorting, and secure storage, and carries the order through to delivery at the buyer's door.

No. Installing the Best One app from the Salla App Store creates a new Best One account for you automatically. If you already hold a Best One account, contact Best One technical support instead and ask them to activate it on your Salla store.

Your products are held in Best One warehouses at SAR 0.14 per day for a storage unit measuring 33 cm x 65 cm x 90 cm.
Fulfillment
You store your goods with Best One, and the company picks and prepares each order, then hands it to the shipping company you choose. Pricing starts at SAR 7.
Shipping
Best One passes prepared shipments to a third-party carrier that delivers them to the customer's door, at SAR 28 per shipment including cash on delivery.
Cash on delivery
Best One collects the payment on delivery, issues financial reports covering the shipments and the amounts collected, schedules them, and transfers them to you.
