Salla publishes merchant apps under the policies of Google and Apple. Merchants must follow Salla's terms plus each store's own rules, cover the store subscription costs, and avoid restricted products such as nicotine, weapons, gambling mechanics, and pirated or digital-card content โ otherwise the app can be rejected or permanently removed.

Publishing on Google and Apple app stores
- You must comply with Salla's agreements and policies.

Content rules your app must follow
For your app to be approved for publishing on the app stores, your store must follow these rules:
1. Stores selling products that contain nicotine or alcohol of any kind, e-cigarettes, or smoking accessories in any form are strictly prohibited.
2. If your store repairs or sells phone parts or any Apple electronic product, your store pages must state clearly that the customer will lose the original manufacturer warranty, and you must demonstrate and document the quality of the parts you sell.
3. If a product carries a medical description, you must state its side effects, publish a complete and accurate list of its ingredients, and remind customers to consult a doctor before buying or using it.
4. If a product could cause physical or psychological harm in any way, you must make that clear to customers.
5. Any product that involves gambling, loot boxes, or randomized contents must state this in the product description, warn customers, and explain the mechanics behind it.
6. Stores selling digital products (PUBG UC, Fortnite skins, Netflix subscriptions, Google Play cards, and similar) are considered non-compliant and are not accepted on the app stores.
7. Weapons products are strictly prohibited.
8. Selling pirated content, or anything that violates intellectual property and copyright in any form, exposes you to legal liability and blocks the app from being published.
9. Keep the content displayed in your store appropriate:
- No content showing torture, killing, or violence โ toward people or animals, even in cartoon form.
- No sexual, pornographic, or nudity-related content of any kind.

Salla disclaims all responsibility if you breach or violate any of the agreements and policies above โ especially where the breach leads to your account being suspended or your app being permanently and irreversibly removed from the Google or Apple store.
Ignoring or neglecting any of these publishing policies exposes your app to permanent, irreversible removal from the Google and Apple stores. If that happens, Salla is not responsible in any way for any resulting damage, and no financial compensation can be claimed from Salla.
