What is the Checkout Page?
The checkout page includes:
- Order details
- Shipping and payment options
- Required customs information
For international orders, customers must fill:
- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Identity details (if required)
Address fields by country
Address fields change automatically based on the selected country:
🇰🇼 Kuwait
- Area
- Block
- Building number
(Based on Kuwait’s block-based addressing system)

🇧🇭 Bahrain
- Governorate
- Street
- Building number

🇦🇪 UAE
- Area
- Street
- Building number
- Optional house description

🇶🇦 Qatar
- Area
- Street
- Building number
(Simple addressing system without extra fields)

Note: Fields appear automatically depending on the selected country.
Identity verification – Qatar
For shipments to Qatar, identity verification is required.
How to enable:
- Go to: All → Shipping settings

2. Enable: Show customs information field

3. The identity field will appear in checkout under: Additional Information & Preferences

Option 1: Qatari ID (QID)
Required fields:
- Legal name (as in official document)
- QID number (12 digits, must start with 2 or 3)

⚠️ Invalid entries trigger automatic validation errors.

Option 2: Passport
For non-Qatari residents:
- Select document type: Passport
- Enter legal name
- Select country
- Enter passport number
- Confirm information

Identity Verification – Oman
For shipments to Oman, identity or residency details are required.
How to enable:
- Go to: All → Shipping settings

Option 1: Omani ID/Residency
Required fields:
- Legal name
- ID / Residency number (8–9 digits)

Option 2: Passport
For non-Omani residents:
- Select document type: Passport
- Enter legal name
- Select country
- Enter passport number (usually 8–9 characters)

General Notes
- Identity fields appear only for countries that require them (e.g., Qatar, Oman)
- No identity information is required for domestic shipping inside of Saudi Arabia.
- All data is stored securely and used for customs clearance purposes only
