How do I send an order to the shipping company?
The shipping request is automatically sent to the company if integrated through Salla and Saee is selected as the shipping company by the customer.

What is the delivery time within the merchant's city and the shipping duration?
Shipping takes 2 to 3 days within the merchant's city and 4 to 7 days between cities.
What is the maximum weight that can be shipped?
The maximum shipment weight is 12 kg.
What services are provided by Saee?
- Daily pickup from the merchant's location in the following cities: (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam)
- Delivery to the final customer within 3 days inside the merchant's city, and within 5-7 days to other cities within the kingdom.
- Dheyaba service: delivery within 2-3 hours to the customer's door inside the city.
- Yawmi service: same-day delivery in the merchant's city, and within 3 days to other cities.
- Cash on delivery service: The delivery fee is paid to the merchant before handing over the shipment to the end customer, aiming to simplify the cash collection process for the merchant.
- Door-to-door service: Delivery on the next day within the same city, and within four days to other cities.
- Storage service: Provides storage spaces to facilitate and speed up sorting and delivery to cities far from the merchant's location.
- Return service: This service simplifies the process of returning products to the merchant.

Cash on delivery amounts are transferred every 10 days, with the delivery fee deducted with each cash transfer.
