Horizon Speed
Connecting a courier directly to your store removes the manual step where most shipping mistakes start. Horizon Speed provides fast, immediate delivery within Riyadh for you and your customers. In this guide, you'll learn how to connect the Horizon Speed app to your Salla store, set your shipping rates, and manage the app afterward.
To connect Horizon Speed on Salla, click Installed apps in the dashboard side menu, then click Browse the Salla App Store. Open the Horizon Speed app and click Install. Back on the installed apps page, open App options > App settings, then enter your account details on the Connection details tab and save.

How to connect the Horizon Speed app on Salla
1. From the dashboard side menu, click (Installed apps).
2. Under installed apps, from the Salla App Store banner, click (Browse the Salla App Store).
3. From the Horizon Speed app, click (Install).
4. On the installed apps page, from the Horizon Speed app card, click (App options), then (App settings).
5. On the (Connection details) tab, enter your Horizon Speed account details, then click Save.

- The pickup point must be inside the city.
- Service price: SAR 35 (insurance included).
- Cash on delivery fee: SAR 8.
- Return fee: SAR 8, added to the base delivery price.
- Prices and costs are set for stores registered on Salla.
- Maximum delivery price: SAR 35, insurance included.
- Intercity shipping is not supported.
2. Shipments are returned in these cases:
- The recipient is not at the delivery location.
- The recipient refuses the shipment or changes the delivery time.
- The recipient takes more than 20 minutes to respond to a contact attempt.

- A fee of 50% of the delivery price applies if cancelled after acceptance.
- Orders still in "waiting" can be cancelled at no charge.

If the courier waits more than 20 minutes at the merchant's location.

- Make sure the order is ready and the shipping waybill is attached.
- The order is cancelled if it is not handed over within the agreed time.
- The merchant may cancel the order before the courier accepts it.
- Immediate delivery service: the Horizon Speed courier waits 10 minutes to hand over the order.
