Method 1: Customize the order completion page
1. From the side menu of the control panel, click (Store Settings).

2. From the store settings page, click (Store Options).

3. From the store options page, then from the order options section, click (Set) to customize the order completion page.

4. You can write a motivational message for the customer with the coupon code at any stage of the order.

2. From the orders page, click (Services), then click (Customize statuses).

3. Review the basic order statuses, modify the message that will reach the customer when their order reaches a certain stage by adding a motivational message containing the coupon code, as shown:
