How does the contract and connection work?
Everything is handled online. As soon as your store is connected to Mandoob Tuwaiq you can start using the service, and you can follow the details through the Mandoob Tuwaiq app.
How are payments settled?
What the company owes you is transferred within 48 hours by STC Pay, or within 7 days by bank transfer. What stores and customers owe Mandoob Tuwaiq is collected through the app using various payment methods, or paid in cash to the courier.
When is the best time to reach customer service?
From 8:00 AM until midnight on WhatsApp. [Verify: the Arabic end time is written ambiguously and could mean noon rather than midnight.]
Does the merchant get a report of amounts and stock where it is available?
You can see your balance, invoices, and receipts in the app at any time. There are no stock-related services.
