In this guide, you'll learn what the company offers, how to connect the app, how to set your shipping rates, and the answers to the questions merchants ask most.
To connect Aamal Flow to your Salla store, open (My installed apps) in your dashboard, click (Browse Salla App Store), and install the Aamal Flow app. Review the permissions it requests and click (Grant permission). Your store is then linked, and you can set shipping rates from the app settings.

How does contracting and connecting work?
Through coordination with the sales team.
How are payments settled?
Settlements are made on the 1st and the 16th of each Gregorian month.
When is the best time to reach the company's customer service?
Saturday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Does the merchant get a report of amounts and stock, when stock is held?
Reports are sent to the merchant electronically every 15 days for confirmation before settlement, or on request.
How is an order sent to the company?
By completing the order on the platform.
Is there a shipment tracking system?
Yes. You can track a shipment through the tracking link sent to the customer by text message and email, or through the company's own platform.
How does the waybill work?
It is exported and printed through the platform's system.
If a shipment contains more than one carton, does each carton get its own waybill, or do they go in one box under a single waybill?
When you complete the order, you can record the number of pieces and then print a separate waybill for each carton under the same shipment number.
How do I change a customer's address after the waybill has been issued?
By contacting your account manager.
Do you offer shipping within the same city, and shipping between cities?
Shipping is available within Riyadh. Shipping between cities is being worked on and is coming soon.
Is door-to-door pickup and delivery available?
Yes.
Does the company support international shipping, and which countries do you ship to?
No.
Who do I contact when there is a problem with a shipment?
Contact your account manager or customer service, and the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.
Are liquid products allowed?
Yes.
What is the maximum number of cartons I can ship at once?
It is calculated by weight and size rather than by a fixed number of cartons.
Are valuable items allowed, are they insured, and what is the maximum insurance coverage?

Is two-hour delivery available?
Yes.

90% of Riyadh's districts are delivered the same day, and 10% on the next business day.
