What is the purpose of the electronic payment transaction log?
It allows the merchant to search for payment transactions made in their store using electronic payment methods(within the last 15 days), and refund canceled orders or confirm incomplete orders.
Manage electronic payment transaction log
First - View electronic payment transaction archive
1. From the main menu, click (store settings).

2. From the store settings page, click (electronic payment transactions).

The electronic payment log will appear as follows:

The electronic payment transaction log displays the following data:
- Transaction number
- Transaction date
- Customer name
- Amount
- Payment gateway
- Transaction status (new - pending confirmation - confirmed - payment failed - refunded)
- Note
- Transactions include the ability to confirm the order from search results.
Second - View and copy notes recorded on the payment
You can view the full note recorded on the payment by hovering the mouse over it, and from there you can copy the note to the clipboard by clicking (copy note).

Third - Refund the amount for a transaction
If a transaction is canceled and you want to refund the amount to the customer, from the transaction list, click (refund amount).

Fourth -Confirm the order from the payment log page
If the payment is made but for some reason the order is not completed, a (confirm order) button will appear next to the order, and you can confirm the order to have it appear in the order table for processing and delivery to the customer.

Fifth - Filter transactions and search for specific transactions
From the electronic payment transaction log page, click (filter).

Then select the required filters, enter the search inputs, and click (show results).

The search is conducted based on one of the following options:
- Last 4 digits of the customer's card
- Customer: customer name, mobile number, or email
- Total amount
- Payment method
- Payment status

Yes, it is recorded, and a note is displayed indicating the reason for the failure.
